You worked at two different companies. At one, everyone says you’re an incredible leader: someone who brings teams together, guides them, and helps achieve big goals. On the other hand, the feedback you received at the other company was much harsher. It was noted that you were too compassionate, not challenging enough, and that your leadership qualities were perceived as weak. They expect a more aggressive, results-oriented approach from you.
