For over 35 years, the Belbin GetSet Career Development Inventory has been utilized by over 2 million users across more than 35 countries, including Turkey. Proven effective and reliable, it is incorporated into business courses in various countries and is based on research conducted at the University of Cambridge, UK. We use the GETSET Career Development Inventory in our assessments.

Prior to the assessment, participants fill out the Belbin Behaviour Inventory online. A Career Choice Guide is also prepared. This inventory not only allows students to understand how they view their own abilities, but, with the addition of collected observer assessments, it also helps determine how they are perceived by others (teachers, parents, friends).

The Belbin GetSet Test is typically conducted online and includes questions about behaviors, participants have exhibited in certain situations. This test goes beyond merely examining a student’s personal assessment; it also considers observations from those who know the individual well, such as teachers, family members, and friends. This approach helps reveal how participants perceive themselves and how they interact with others.

Completing the inventory individually takes about 20 minutes, while gathering observer assessments requires approximately 2-3 minutes per observer.
